1. First, ensure that the Split Hydraulic Puller is not under any load or tension and that the hydraulic cylinder is fully retracted.
2. Loosen the three claws by turning the central screw counterclockwise until Hydraulic Bearing Puller are fully retracted.
3. Place the puller claws around the shaft to be disassembled, ensuring that they are evenly spaced and aligned.
4. Tighten the central screw clockwise until the claws grip the shaft firmly.
5. Connect the Hydraulic Pump to the puller and pump the handle to apply pressure to the shaft.
6. Continue pumping until the shaft is fully disassembled.
7. Once the shaft is disassembled, release the pressure on the hydraulic pump and loosen the central screw on the puller to release the claws from the shaft.
8. Store the Hydraulic Gear Puller in a safe and dry location.
